About Us
About Blind Man Vision

Blind Man Vision was founded in 2020 by Mr. Leslie Williams to empower the youth in his community and surrounding areas to excel and rise. He saw the need for a strong male role model in his community and decided to rise to the occasion by offering the youth in his program career minded, thought provoking activities that are sure to propel kids to the top academically, mentally, and physically.
Blind Man Vision Chess Club & Mentorship Program is designed to educate and motivate our youth. The goal for this program is to give our youth purpose and to create opportunities to showcase their talents. We will also give them the tools necessary to empower themselves to be career oriented, entrepreneurs and productive citizens in their community.
The mentorship portion of the program will target those students who are already taking classes or have an interest in a trade such as carpentry, welding, culinary, etc.
The intent of the mentorship program is to motivate and start the conversation of how to apply the skills that they will be learning to everyday life. This segment of the program will also focus on areas of entrepreneurship, such as starting a business, and how to hone in on their areas of strength in order to use their skills, crafts or arts to better serve our community.

The skills learned in the program will be paramount to business ownership. Our participants will learn how to make extra revenue from their business ventures and how to maintain a successful business operation.

"It's time for our kids to know what they are capable of achieving, and it's time for us to bring it to them because they deserve to know!" - Mr. Leslie Williams, founder of Blind Man Vision
